Black Country Housing Group appoints new Chief Executive
Black Country Housing Group (BCHG) has appointed Adrian Eggington as their new Chief Executive.
Following the decision of the current Chief Executive, Amanda Tomlinson to retire, the BCHG Board undertook an external recruitment exercise which resulted in Adrian, who is the current Deputy Chief Executive, being appointed from the 1 May 2025.

“The Board are delighted to have appointed Adrian to this key role, continuing Amanda’s great legacy, putting the customer voice at the forefront of our services.”
Adrian joined BCHG in November 2015 having previously worked in executive roles for housing associations in London and Staffordshire with specialisms in development, housing, asset management, registered care and resident engagement. He started his career in housing as a Housing Trainee at Nuneaton and Bedworth Council in 1990.
