Marion’s place: Lench’s first Co-living housing
We have officially opened “Marion’s Place” our first co-living project. The accommodation is aimed at older people that may be experiencing social isolation, need additional care & support or simply prefer living with other people. We welcomed our first resident on 10th January and by 23rd January we reached full capacity at Marion’s Place.
The name Marion’s Place is named after our previous scheme manager Marion O’Mara who worked for the Trust for 29 years and brought her children up in the house that we have now converted, Marion sadly passed away in 2022 after a long illness. It was a privilege to engage with her family on bringing a new life to the old scheme managers house, in what is the Trusts 500th year.
If you are interested in Marion’s Place and would like to make a referral please contact our Housing Manager, Michelle Hadley at: 0121 426 0455 or drop us an email at HousingTeam@lenchs-trust.co.uk.
